Kathmandu, Dec 8: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of the petroleum products effective from this midnight.
NOC’s Spokesperson Birendra Goit said the prices of all sorts of petroleum products were hiked.
As per the decision, price of petrol has been hiked by Rs 2 per litre and Rs 3 each in diesel and kerosene. Likewise, Rs 5 has been increased in aviation fuel and Rs 25 in LP Gas per cylinder.
As per the fresh price list, petrol costs Rs 100 per litre and Rs 77 for diesel and kerosene. Likewise, Rs 87 would cost for per litre aviation fuel and Rs 1,350 for each LP Gas cylinder.
However, prices of petrol, diesel and kerosene would be cheaper by 50 paisa in Pokhara and Dang.
